A changing workforce

There’s no denying that the way we work has forever changed due to the pandemic. Before lockdown, many organizations were incredibly resistant to remote work. Now, remote work has become the norm, and the future of offices is up for debate.

But that’s not the only way the workforce is changing. Generation Z is beginning to enter the workplace, bringing in fresh perspectives and innovation. As the first generation to never know a world without cell phones and the internet, this tech-driven generation will have a huge impact on furthering digitization.
